Lenny LaRocca

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate sales professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.

In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They’ve also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. As a native of the South Bay and specifically Hermosa Beach, I have seen our immediate area transform into a highly sought after community to live in. I still live here with my wife and children and have intimate detailed knowledge of the area.

 


Teodara Panayotova

Originally from Eastern Europe, Teodora moved to the USA in 2001 considering this move as one of the greatest opportunities in her lifetime. A couple of years after arriving in the United States, Teodora decided to follow her entrepreneurial spirit and pursue a career in Real Estate. In 2006 she started her Real Estate career and her love for buying and selling real estate in conjunction with her unmatched work ethic, charisma, and passion for her business has helped Teodora’s reputation as a trusted advisor and realtor to rise quickly. Teodora’s clients choose to work with her for full-service experience, ethics, and expertise. Teodora prides herself on giving all of her clients the most precise and up to date feedback on the state of the market, it’s trends, comparable sales, and property values, giving them a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s market. 

In 2016, Teodora joined LaRocca Real Estate Group and Vista Sotheby’s International Realty which helped her utilize effective international marketing strategies to best deliver an exclusive concierge service to her clients. Teodora is a family woman devoted to her husband, 2 daughters, son, and her family back in Europe. Being raised by an engineer and economist and having a degree in science and undergraduate in teaching has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team listings. Teodora has worked in Real Estate for 15 years and has been professionally trained and inspired by some of the best in the industry including; Mike Ferry, Toni Giordano, Grant Cordone, Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Dale Carnegie, Brandon Burchard, and others. Teodora is a current resident of Hermosa Beach who enjoys spending time with family, cooking, walking her lovely dog Mia, traveling, hiking, and fine dining. She also proudly volunteers at the Hermosa Beach Women’s club.
